Metrash2: Kid's 6 month over-stay extension payment?

Dear Friends

I attempted to pay for my child 6 months over-stay extension through Metrash2 on my cell. All is going OK but when payment option comes, nothing moves forward in the Metrash application?

Is that service down or it is not working on iphone6s?
