Metrash 2 image upload problem

I am planning to apply visit visa for my mother through metrash 2 , can I upload my passport instead of my birth certificate, in the place of applicant's birth certificate. Also I am not able to upload documents even though it is less than 500 kb ( Maximum upload limit is 500kb).

I faced the same issue today in July 2023. Converting them into PNG and less than 500KB each document solved my problem. I am not sure why JPG files were not supported.

It should be png format only e.g, Picuture.png and size should be less than 500KB
