If my Father ID is cancelled but not my Mother ID..

If somebody can help me in this situation.. My father ID is cancelled by his compnay he was away for more then a year in abroad with my mother.. now his compnay cancelled his ID but my mothers ID is not cancelled cuz my father was her sponsor.. as i want to apply visit visa for both of them.. will i have an issue for my mother? as her RP is not canclled but she was away for more than a year.. and when i write her ID info on Materash it is saying that WITH THIS RP NOT ALLOWED TO ENTER.. but her RP in not cancelled and its also not expired till 2020. So I need to know can i apply for a visit visa for my mother?

@acchabaccha tell me if i can first bring my father here with visit visa? can he do it? as he WAS the sponsor, but as his ID is cancelled can he do it anyways when he come here as a visit?

Sorry, I may have misguided you. Since you are not the sponsor of your mother, they may not accept a cancellation application from you. As such, I suggest you meet the captain at the immigration office and talk to him about the issue. He will help you out.

Go over to the Passport & Immigration office at Gharrafa with a copy of your father's ID and also of your mother's ID. Get a form filled at the typist centers outside the office. Then submit this form at the office. They will charge you QR 20 and cancel your mother's ID on the system immediately. I guess you can then apply for a visa.

Your mother's ID should have been automatically cancelled once father's ID was cancelled but then possibly the system failed to recognize this.
