Family Visiting Visa?

Hello there

I relocated to qatar , its been 4 months now and i wish to bring down my family (Spouse and kid) for a visiting visa for 3 months only (extendable). My pay is well around 15K , I have a NOC from the company stating my pay , Housing Contract duly signed by Muncipality , Marriage and birth certificate all attested , Bank statements

But the issue is i am on a labor visa and i need to complete 1 year to change my profession on my ID. Is this the case with everyone? I am just trying to bring my family on visiting visa, Anyone can help me to talk with the captain , i am just desperate to see them.

Tourist visa can't extend more than one month...in addition to that it is very difficult to came to qatar under tourist visa...A tourist visa holder must have minimum 5000Qr in hand...it may ask at the airport...not at qatar airport but at the source airport...

Try for a visit visa through any travel agent. They will help to get you a tourist visit visa. It will cost you 350 to 400 QAR per month. Simple and tension free. But, i am not sure whether it can extend more than one month.
