family RP status if transferred to other sponsor

i need advice.. my family is with me under my sponsorship and still have valid RP, if I transfer to other company but the salary is less than 10000 QR but not lower than 8000 qr will my family's RP status get cancelled or affected. Thanks in advance.

in case of Transfer , mo problem with the ones who are under your sponsorship.
