Entry ban Qatar then How to start business???,

One of my friend partner put false runaway case and deported my friend last year .. Now he is UAE and he want to to come Qatar and start his branch but last year his partner put false runaway case against him and deported from Qatar when he applied emigration office they said he has entry ban??

My question if he want to start business here how can come and start??????????.....

only his sponsor can remove it. No body can do anything.

Just go to his sponsor and talk to him
