Any rules / time limit to transfer from one company to another

Thanks but as she didnt complete her contract and left country last month after cancellation of her visa and qatari I'd. In this circumtances is she allowed to visit qatar only as tourist?

Poland is eligible for visa-on-arrival.

Thanks for ur reply. One more thing to knw as she is from Europe so can she come to visit qatar on visit visa as she can get visa on arrival being polish?

Answer

1) She can come to Qatar after two years from the day her Qatar resident permit was cancelled.

2) In the the two year ban duration, NOC is required even to visit Qatar on Business Visit Visa.

One of my friend working at qatar left the job within six month and visa, qatari I'd has been cancelled and she left to her home country. Current employer didn't provide NOC.

My question is

1- after how long time she can join new employer in qatar?

2- can she join new work on buisness visa immediately of she has some offer?

Please note that she doesn't have NOC.

Dear Sir,

At the time of cancelling your current visa, your company will take back the id.

Your new company has to submit your visa application manually. At the time of manual submission along with other documents , they have to attached you NOC given by current company & photocopy of current company’s Computer Card ( قيد المنشأة ), Commercial /Trade license (الرخصة التجارية) and Commercial Registration (التسجيل التجاري).

If you have شهادة عدم ممانعة (NOC) from current company then you can come back on the next plane with a new job visa.

If I GET EXIT AFTER HOW LONG (TIME) CAN I COME BACK ON NEW JOB IN QATAR ? DOES AFTER TWO YEAR WILL BE APPLICABLE ?

IF COMPANY IS RELEASING WITHIN PROBATION AND GIVING NOC, IT WILL BE SUFFICIENT OR NEED TO GO BACK?

Dear Sir,

If your Qatar Id. is issued then you have to work in current company till next six months from date of issue of your id.

After six months, you have to get إعارة (Job Secondment) letter, by this, you will be still on your current company visa but can legally work in another company.

After twelve months completion with current company visa, you join new company on new visa through شهادة عدم ممانعة (NOC) or transfer your visa to new company through نقل کفالا (transfer letter) & شهادة عدم ممانعة
