Can I exit and come on another visa immediately as my family wife and kids are here in doha.

Hi,

Once you exit the country and your company didnt put any thing on you , you are free to come by next day provide you are working in PVT company and coming back in PVT company. MOI will ask for NOC if your new JOB is GOVT.

joyfull: I may not be able to answer all your queries as there are certain things I am not sure of. They may be answered by other QLers who have better information than I do.

Now coming to your queries. First of all if your wife and your kids are under your sponsorship, their visas must be cancelled by you first before you company can cancel your visa and send you on exit. There is nothing you can do about renewing your QID. This can be done only by your sponsor. This also applies to NOC also. Only a sponsor can issue NOC. As for your returning to Qatar, I am not so sure about the rules. But whatever is the worst case scenario, try to get your visa cancelled by the employer before you leave.. This will make things easy for you when you try to return. You can be sure if your visa has been cancelled when the company will hand you a computer-generated sheet on MOI letterhead which gives all the details such as your name, passport number, nationality and the purpose of that document.
