Qatar Airways start selling tickets for the ‘Match of Champions’

Come December 13 and Qatar will witness one of the world’s biggest football clubs, FC Barcelona, take on regional powerhouses Al Ahli SC, from Saudi Arabia, at the Al Gharafa Stadium.

While the action is expected to be frenetic on the pitch, it need not be so frantic outside it as you can now start purchasing tickets online for the game.

While the sale of general tickets have not started, they are available to travellers from the GCC and can be bought exclusively from Qatar Airways Holidays at www.qatarairways.com/cup. You can also purchase them from Qatar Airways’s approved travel agents in the Gulf region.

Sparks are expected to fly when FC Barcelona, one of the most successful football clubs in history, meet Saudi Professional League, Saudi Super Cup and King Cup champions Al Ahli SC.

Fans of the two teams in the GCC can get special packages for the game.
