Is there any Australian Football in Doha? Kick to Kick perhaps?
Hi everyone,
I understand that this may be a tall ask, however i am wondering if there are any Australians in Qatar that occasionally kick the footy around in the winter months when it is not too hot?
I was browsing some older threads on QL and found a fun day for the Doha Kangaroos? Does this still exist?

Aussie rules plyed at rugby club too. Also a big gaelic football group that you could join
Yeah theres a rugby club here mate we play in the arabian gulf league which is pretty much an expat league.
The rugby club can be a good socialising point here in doha also. Trainings are Monday and Wednesday from 7pm if you want more info give Kerry a call on 5249189 when u arrive
Alright lads, slighlty along a different line here but have any of you come across a rugby club during your search for Aussie Rules?
I'm moving across to Doha in March and am looking for somewhere to play.
InDoha - Does this Gary fella have a last name? Number?
Are the Kangaroos Juniors or mixed?
cheers

Mate, I'll be over there in March, and I'll be looking for a kick for sure. I'm moving over for a year or so and will be trying to find as many Aussie's to hang out with.
what's wrong with good old Association football, as played by all of Her Majesty's LOYAL subjects??
Stiff upper lip and all that, old chap.
G&T's at sundown.
God bless Her Brittanic Majesty!
