Harmagedōn
By Harmagedōn

In my 6 young years in the Middle East I have come across some mind-blowing situations of people treating another with incredible amounts of disrespect. Equally I have seen many people care and love for the less fortunate, unfortunately this has proven to be lower in frequency. I have always been around hundreds if not thousands of people from basically all corners of the world and have made it a point to protect my staff at all costs, from injustice from my superiors (if any) and from injustice from the people they are serving. Their failure is mine, as I am responsible for them.

Naturally not everything is in our hands and sometimes professionally one needs to make a decision which may seen harsh or unjust. If done, make sure some extra time is spend with the affected individual as all disappointment needs to subside is some extra attention and signs of care.

Lead by example, tread others the way you wish to be treated.

Remember:

I cut you with a knife, you bleed. I cut myself with a knife, I bleed. Therefore we are all humans and the amount of money in our pockets does NOT justify either of us being rude or obnoxious towards another.

Did I ever swear? Maybe used some slang-like vocabulary. But swearing.... I do not recall.

Or you must consider posting a picture of a pork to push the buttons of a particular individual swearing. :-P

Ah Formatted soul,

But it is not impossible to be annoying, yet have some humanity and dignity. Plus, of course... QL was merely a cyber-image. In real life I am a mere loyal soft-spoken puppy-dog with a friendly smile and a (according to some) baby-face.

:-P

Harmagedōn... wise words from the someone I once thought the most annoying QLer..lol ..

people seldom realize this fact...When we have everything in life we don’t see anything/anyone around us...we loose forget all the humane feelings...

The founder of Qatar, Shk Jassim said in a poem:

The judge on earth has to fear the judge in Heaven

If the scale of his judgment becomes imbalanced

What a difference it makes when translated..too technical! LOL

Above said is good in books, not happening at all. May be one out of 1000 will be the ratio. Most of the cases blame should be on your sub-ordinates and they are the one going thru all the humiliation, is it?
