Lifestyle in Qatar

Recently I noticed big lifestyle variation in Qatar among the expats. That judjement is a result of comparison between how the expats ( in particular European ) behave in here or in thier countries. I used to stay in Europe for around 4 years, and I know how lifestyle is well organized overthier.
Well, here in Qatar I could see many sports facilities, clubs, sidewalks along with many fat people .. !!
I could see some of them driving without fasten seat belt, overspeeding and no hesitation to use the cell phone while driving.
I could even see their kids eating fast foods daily on the restaurants without any parents objection.

All the above behaviours where rarly happened over there or maybe not happened at all.
