Kick For A Cause (Friendly Football Match Philippines v.s. Nepal)
KICK FOR A CAUSE, a Friendly football match between Philippines and Nepal on the 29th November at Al Arabi Sports Club.
This is in response by one of the owner of the two 1st grade club in Qatar Mr. Nasser Yacoub Laram, the Al Arabi and the Al Ahli Sports Club to the call of His Excellency the Emir of Qatar to provide support to the Philippines recent calamity.
The number of spectators to attend this event will be given 10 times the amount in Qatari Riyal and many more is expected to be given away aside for the spectators and as for the calamity fund. The more number to attend the more funds will be acquiring according to Mr. Nasser.
A match between Al Ahli and Al Wakrah during the first game, there will be lot of surprises and prizes at stakes. Small bazaar, Food Stalls on a big tent will be provided to those interested entrepreneur free of charge as long as part of their profit shall be given to the calamity fund.
There will be a cultural show coming from our Phil. International School in Qatar (PISQ), a duet with Alan Bulan and Lou Margaret and many more to be announced.
We will encourage all Filipino Community to support this noble cause initiated by Mr. Nasser for Qatar Football Association, Qatar Stars League and Al Ahli Sports Club, said Richard Billedo, Cultural Attache of the Phil. Embasy.
UFOQ Chairman Jhin Tabuzo Jr. in coordination with the QSL General Event Supervisor Nathan Findlay that they will for sure to come into a big success on this event which will be a live coverage by Al Kass and Al Jazeera.
