what is a good package to ask for!?

I have been offered a job in a private nursery in qatar, i am currently in the UK, therefore will need accomodation for my child and husband. The nursery want me to tell them before they can negotiate with me what I expect interms of a package. Please could someone advise me what I should ask for interms of house, childcare etc.
