I was wroking with an Indian management since last 1.5 year, initially i recd.my salary on time for 4 mths after that due to recession it got delayed to such extent that my outstanding reached to 60k, our boos keep on telling and promising me that we will get many contracts in January>Feb>March>and so on, he always talk in Millions (not less than that)so I also continue looking his bad time just to help him out from this situation > I survived because my wife was working now she left doha for delivery and this Bxxxxxxd not gave a single Riyal to me from my salary > meantime i throw resignation by email in May'10 and stop goiong to office and informed my sponsor what happened to me, after a month my sponsor called me at CID office so i went there for what just to RESCUE my BOSS whos was in custody for a case for last 2 days. after that my boss come to me one day told me that he got many work and no one is there to bear the burden and promised me to pay 50% of outstanding salary after re-joining so looking to my present condition i said ok and I joined him in July'10
but inspite of my request to get some money he did not pay what he promised to finally in August'10 i Stopped going to work and gave him official Resignation.
My sponsor knows all the matter but I dont know what is going on > I need to get my money back.......Pls suggest some way out.
(Lbour court / Indian embassy is nothing for him > he got a laywer who looks all his cases. I dont want to go for legalway.)
I m just telling all of you to beware of this man - he is a scrap dealer, talk very sweet and behave in a decent manner but from inside he is cheater and sweet poison.

Thsnks a lot to all of you for the suggestion.

I just want to make one thing clear that next month my wife's delivery is due at anymoment and I need to go back to india for few days to stay with her during delivery > before that i need to leave my present acomd.

and go for another cheaper one > for that i need cash >

so I can not go for new job as i get the job i could not

go to india.

my daughters school will open next month but i am not able to get few things clear till date. I met the sponsor and told him clearly he told me first go for another cheaper family acomd.and leave the present one

but everything need money > he promised me that he will speak with my Boss 2 days before so i called him yesterday and today but neither he calling me back nor taking the line nor giving any reply to my emails.

I think he want to be neutral in this matter. my passport which was kept as security was withdrawn on 27th July upon many reminders and it is lying with sponsor.

During this holi month of RAMADAN, no one can cheat other, just tell your BOSS, you need money as your wife is pregnent.

[1] If he is not paying you take legal action & go to labour court.

[2] Explain this whole matter to some Qatari where he supply the material, they can help you.

Best of Luck.

Get yourself a good lawyer and claim the money after filing the case in Labour Ministry.

Two options, either you go legally or find someone, a strong Qatari to talk to your bo.
