Should I go for Mashreq Bank or Commercial Bank on personal loan?

I'm new in Qatar and planning to avail personal loan as soon as possible. These two banks are my choices because the company that I'm working is enlisted with them. Please give insights on pros and cons of these banks so that I could choose which bank should I transfer my salary. Thanks.
