Senior Mechanical Engineer @ KEO
Dear All,
I have few questions before joining KEO:
1. How is the company interms of professionalism and Employer - Empolyee relations..?
2. How much salary, a 13 years experienced asian sr. mech. engineer can expect from KEO ?
3. What are the general benefits KEO offer to their employees ?
4. Do they give annual increment and bonus etc...?
5. Is there any professional employee evaluation and corresponding promotions / benefits etc..?
6. Where you will place KEO among consultants operating in Qatar if your ranking scale from 1 to 10 ?
Thanks in advance for all who share their opinions, experience, etc.
They are more of a body shopper for PMC services than a real consulting company. Most of the work they do is construction management type only not much into design.I would rate them as an average middle eastern type of firm not an Atkins,AECOM or the like.In terms of salary you should get around 30000QAR per month(all inlcusive)depending on the value of your 13 years of experience(assuming you worked on some high value quality projects).Hope this helps you to make the right decision

Wow... these questions can be answered only by a KEO employee... Anyone out there??
A good candidate could have asked the questions you raised during the interview process. Why didn't you asked them before? In my experience, salaries of workers are based in their country of origin and or nationality.
Secondly, they will offer you base in your answers during the interview. A company will not offer you the stars if you were not impressive enough. Or, even if you were a hot candidate, they will not offer you the highest, you have to negotiate for what you think you deserve.
Good Luck
