Salary of a Sales executive

Hello guys! My problem if you can call it a problem is that I am a trainee in a world leading German Logistics company ( but just established ) In Qatar. My GM told me today that he is satisfied with my feedbacks and he is willing to offer me a position as a Sales executive. I'm still a student but can work already full time. So my GM asked me to think and give him an answer of what my salary ambitions are. Therefore i want to know what is the basic salary of a Sales executive with:

- no experience
- excellent knowledge of Russian and English
- little knowledge of Arabic (spoken)
- Good relations with the company and employees
- Very positive feedback
- Family Visa

as u have no previous experience could be 4000-7000
