Salary range in Mowasalat

Dear All,

I am planning to shift to Doha.
I want some first hand info on the above company Mowasalat?
-their pay scales for Manager grade people
-the general benefits offered working in Mowasalat
-do they provide accomodation for employees
-how good they are as an employeer
-How is Doha for ladies getting a job
-how are resident visa rules in Qatar(is it 3 yrs duration like Dubai)
-how are the End of service benefits vis a vis Dubai

IF anybody knows about the above i will be really thankful if he/she can share it.

salary in Mowasalat for managerial position depends on ur nationality, if you're an American or European normally its 35K plus plus plus plus...if ur an Asian 10K plus plus plus. Mowasalat is a government owned company so you will enjoy all the privileges & benefits as a government employee.
