Salary Offer pls. Help...

Hello,

Please help me decide on this. I had a job offer in Qatar with the following package:

Basic 8,250.00
Transportation: 2,000

Other Benefits:
Annual Bonus: 2x times basic salary
Free Fully furnished accomodation
30 days vacation with free airfare
Family status with free schooling
Free medical
car loan with no interest

Is this already competitive for a Infrastructure Engineer.

Nationality-Filipino... BTW, It's IT Infrastructure Engineer with more than 10 years experience as Systems Admin and 2 years experience as Network Administrator. My wife and 2 kids will join me in Qatar if ever.

Experiance and Nationality determines the adequcy of the offer.....any way it is not an exiting package for an infrastrure Civil engineer in the present middle east scenario.......
