salary delay

is there anyway to report a company whose is not paying salary in time without your company knowing that you're the person that report to the labour? i have been with this company for more than two years and plus,but never a month end they pay their staff rather it will accumulate to half of the next month and sometime go beyond half of the next month.
please any constructive advice will be appreciated!

i had a same kind of problem with my ex company, all u can do is tell ur company that u have some emergency and need money and ask them to pay u in advance salary, but then salary delay will still continue. cant do anything... i left my ex company for the same reason
