resignation linked with annual leave
I would like to have suggestion.
If one goes on annual leave, and if the circumstances do not allow you to work more in Qatar, then in that case, can one send by mail the notice period of resignation. Suppose it is one month advance notice in contract, so will the employer give the clearance only when one comes back to office after one month in Qatar or it can be done at home country to save air ticket costs. In that situation, what is the best option to come back and settel dues etc or ask the company to send payment online to one's bank in doha.
Keep your area clean ,do right things and be right ..
I'm just talking off the top of my head here, but if you leave your employment without notice and only let your boss know after you've left the country, I'd be kinda surprised if he did the right thing and sent you your final payment.

Right or wrong you need to do what is best for you. Ideally I guess you would like to hand in your notice BUT this is not always possible.
I think it depends on how long you have been with your current employer. If it's early days, you can walk. What, in reality, can they do if you leave the country? Unless you amass large debts it is not worth the time and trouble.
You know your own circumstances so do what is best.
