Qatar Airways Grading System

Can anyone please give me information about the Qatar Airways "grading" system.
1) Are their large differences of benefits between say grades 8-9?
2) Are their salary ranges attached to each grade?
3) I assume that different business units have their own grading systems, so a Commercial Grade 8 would be Different from a Ground Grade 8?
4) As a single person with no children is this calculated into the basic salary when Qatar does not have to provide for school fees?
