Prospects--- Advise please

Hi Folks..
I am from Pakistan, have a business degree and have more than twelve years of experience in the oil industry( Fuels Marketing/ HSE)with prestigious multinational company in middle management level.
just wanted to know what are my prospects of finding a good job in QP, QG or Ras Gas? What kind of package shall i expect?

Package is very good. They pay for everything. You only need to neg. on basic salary.
