How much average salary for hotel Receptionist in 5 star hotels?

I am Rimshad From Sri Lanka.
I have been working "Sales cum admin" in a ladies wear showroom at city center for four years in Doha. I have been offered Qr 3500 and housing is given by company.
Due to some improper management system where I have no future i would like to have change in my career and improve my career into another level.

As my professional educational background is in Hotel front office management I prefer to work in a five star hotel in Doha as receptionist or any other post where i can improve my career.

I am confused whether I will have future in hotel trade and how much will be offered ?

I am expecting a valid advises from experts who has good knowledge in hotel trade and It will be appreciated if you can help me.
