I have an offer of employment in Qatar
included in the offer is
1)500QR per month for a mobile
2)500QR per month for elec and water

is this a good offer

also I am diabetic, i take tablets for this, would I be able to get them in Qatar or would it be better for my wife to send them from the UK

Its just that in the Uk, because I am Diabetic I get the prescriptions for free.

regarding medical care, you will receive far better care here than in the UK and all diabetic medications licensed in the UK are also available here, some over the counter. The Endocrinology Unit at HMC is world class.
