hello just wanted to know if the new Hr structure applicable to citizens only? expatriates working in govt. sector have been included?

maybe just for the government employee, not by others.

because until now for us not yet,,, no news about increasing salary only increasing the price.

Just got news today, dont know how far its true, but HH The Emir said he'd be increasing salaries to everyone next month. Anyone know if this is true?

venice_plus ... I bet you don't know any of them, you probably only read this in the newspapers... nobody had their salary reduced by the definition of the law (salary= BASIC salary only)... but all the other allowances have been reduced for people who used to get more than what's in the new law... Like the housing allowance, some people used to get QR2200 (ministries), and others used to get QR7000 (some other government places)... now they all get QR4000.

Yes. They are unifying the salaries of all Qataris, in the last few years there was a Qatari exodus from the ministries and a bid war (ebay-style) on their salaries between the non-ministries ...

Yes, it's just for Qataris, and it's not a salary increase, some will have their salaries reduced, and others will increase.
