Expense Statement in doha

Hi,

I am discussing an offer with one of the Industrial Automation company in Doha.
The job profile is Sales and I am having 15 Years experience in DCS/PLC/SCADA related automation solutions.

I would like to know the salary structure in Doha and what precautions one should take while discussing an offer.

If someone can explain me costing as below, I will be thankful.

1. Accomodation - 2 or 3 BHK with Covered Car parking / Gym / Swimming Pool facility. (Furnished or fully furnished)
2. Child Education all inclusive per month- International School - 2 Kids - 4yrs & 8 Yrs
3. Child Education all inclusive per month - Indian School - 2 Kids - 4yrs & 8 Yrs
4. Monthly grocery expense for NonVeg family including milk - 4 people.
5. Typical medium range restaurant expense for one time veg or non veg meal per head.
6. Per month utility expenses - Elctricity, Water, Gas, Internet, Landline phone etc.
7. Monthly medicine expenses avg. per head or it is covered under Med. Insurance? What is typical doctor fees for one time?
