Can I demend to receive benefits from HMC?

hi, I am selected for an Admin. post in HMC for their loal employment offer but they offer package salary and its not that good. Can I ask or demend to receive benefits such as housing, tyransportation allowances and other from them? Hope to hear from you guys..

housing allowance, they will never give females locally hired. as for transport, yes you can can ask. it's always given, whether foreign or local hire.

if i were you, accept the job. HMC is a very stable company.

No dear, thats bad side of local recruitment. Indeed its easy to get in through Local Hiring, but unfortunately benefits are pretty bad or NILL. So you have to bear that.
