Absencee Loss of Pay Calculation

I would like clarify the calculation of deductions for the days that I am absent (casual leave). Our company has broken down the total pay package into basic salary + HRA & various allowances. If I am absent with permission for 2 to 3 days, what does the Qatari Labour Law allow deductions in my salary? Please quote the appropriate law in the Qatari Labour Law.

As per my thinking these type of things are not in Qatar Labor Law. Its the part of company's HR Policy. Every company has their own policy to calculate it.
But the normal calculation is as follow:
1. You will receive your full basic salary if you didn't cross the limit of your casual leaves.
2. You will receive all the allowances as full.
3. The deduction will only be in Overtime if any.
