When is Friday prayer?

Salam,

When are friday prayers usually prayed? Do people arrive at the masjid right at dhuhr or a little after dhuhr? Also, I heard that there is a masjid inside of City Centre. Is it open for Friday prayer?

At present in most of the big mosques the Jumua prayer is starting with the Qutuba at 11.40am and is finishing by 12.10 pm. It could move up and down according to the Duhar prayer timings. It is same in City Centre mosque.
