What is the maximum amount you can transfer of your hard earned money?

I had a situation yesterday. I went to Mirqab exchange to send 5 lakh Indian rupees (27K QR) but the guy refused to accept and ask me to bring my salary certificate. My bank statement. I showed him ATM mini statement, I even ask him to check my previous transaction in his system. But was of no use.

Upto QAR 50000 no proof is required and over and above u have submit the proof. U better try with Al Dar exchange.......... my favourite

I had similar experience couple of times especially embarrassed by the one in landmark from then i only remit from Alfardan..not sure about limit but sent over 100k several times no questions asked

Mirqab exchange probably have a new policy in place or he thought you looked dodgy.
