Among all basic models of Yukon, Tahoe, Patrol or Lexus RX350, i am looking for...

Resonable maintainance charges.
Good music, GPS system and features.

From Turkish Resturant to Grill Chicken and now to cars....:)

Anywayz, out of all your choices i would prefer Patrol...a very Strong car ....even Lexus is good.

GPS and music can be fitted seperately and cheaply from Gharafa for any of those. Go for Patrol due to reasonable maintenance charges and availability of places to get service within city. Plus resale.
