That is not too tough to find Visper. Today people are educated and converse well in English. Personal hygiene is something up bringing and background of the person would define it. There are a few I know who just don't bother too much about it even though they are very well educated. Thankfully not many.

There is one chap in my office who smells as though he has brought the garbage truck along with him. Lots of sprays and room fresheners are used. And he is very well educated.

Visper looking or not is not entirely up to you. It just happens. Guys out here are a bit deprived of the normal pleasures of interaction and harmless socializing. Too many pressures and situations. Sometimes it is difficult to be real normal :)
