Who should I complain to about disturbing phone calls?
I have been receiving diturbing missed calls from a Q-tel registered mobile number. The person would not answer my call back. I think I may have known the person at some point before.
Who should I complain to other than the Police because it will be a tedious process. If to Q-tel, where and how should I approach the matter. I know I can block the call using some mobile software but I would rather have the person's number blocked altogether by the service provider i.e. Q-tel.
Help me please!!

i keep gettin calls on my landline at home at wierd timings like 12, 2, 3 and when i answer it will be some lady asking for mohammed.. every time i yell at her sayin wrong no.. but its still happens.. last nite at 3 am..
calm down guys and girls. all is fine and worth the try. but what if the number was a prepaid one?
i would probably go to the police if he doesn't stop doing it so frequently. although i installed this callers screening software in my mobile it still irks me to know that someone has a negative intention (big or small) against me.

I just give them the telephone number and they bull up the bill and give me a receipt for the money I have paid so it is easy.
Well actually Qtel does give the name. U just have to do what darude said, write the number on a piece of paper and pay the bill ,and they will ask u whether the account holder name is correct. I have experienced it many times when i pay the bill.

Staff at QTel counter don't give you the customer name but you have to give them the name before you pay the due amount. This is what I experience everytime I go to QTel.
Go to Police station, they will call the person to police station. A case wouldn't be filed unless you ask them to file one. The police usually tries to solve the problem and clears up misunderstandings.

just go to qtel pay his mobile bill and if the person at counter ask you tell him its for my friends friend and pay. they will give you back the name.
