Wakra Hardee's

For very long time I was considering Hardee's as the best fast food restaurant in town, but this impression changed yesterday when I went to take away my dinner from Hardee’s Wakra branch (which was the first time for me in that branch) aprox. 7.30 PM and I surprised to see:
1- The sales man seems very angry and he was shouting at the person ordering before me “we are busy here, so much orders, it is cooking time”.
2- Dine in area was not clean as it was supposed to be and I saw some house flies roaming here and there.
3- When I went back home I was shocked that the French fries was not even warm but it was so cold as if they have made it two hours before.
4- Finally the soft drink (7up) was just a combination of water and sugar without any gas or soda, and I could not drink it because it was so disgusting.
Actually I was planning to come back to complain about this but then I thought that maybe I will not get a proper reply especially from the “loud” sales man.
- To be honest about the food: the burger was very good and tasty
- And to be honest about the branch: there was a cute sales girl taking the orders from outside which seems very friendly and she was working very hard to fulfill the requirements of the customers even she helped me to take my order from the shop to the car parking outside (because I was carrying my son) and she was trying to clean the mess which other customers creates when they finish their meals.
Thanks to the cute sales girl, and I wish that Hardee’s takes more care about their standards, and I hope that the “loud” sales man comes down and become more friendly while dealing with customers.
Anyway, I just thought of sharing this experience with the QLers.

"I deplore people who do not clean up their own trash. They leave all wrappers and things on the table in a mess" - I am in total agreement of that. This is so evident in the various mall food courts :-(

People - as a courtesy to the next person occupying the table after you, please try and get your trays to the waste bin. Leave the wiping of the table to the cleaners ;-)

Well, if you liked the CUTE salesgirl very much you should have stayed in your car to place your order instead.

Drink and fries is just a normal weekend story.

You should have note down his name so as can report it to their management.

Yes, there is a cute Filipina sales girl in my local Hardees too....mmmm.....she is so beautiful.

Oh yeah on topic, service in other branches can be hit and miss, especially the 'outpost' branches not in prime locations.

Not to turn this into a bashing thread, however I deplore people who do not clean up their own trash. They leave all wrappers and things on the table in a mess.

Is it really so hard to walk to the bin?.

I agree that their food is worth the wait, but they shouldn't get complacent.

It may be the Arabic speaking guys, as this behaviour is normal to them.
