Unprofessional fraudulent real estate company run by Fawas

I am posting this as warning for other people. Try to avoid any housing provided by these people.

They have many ads on QL saying they have free flats, it is mostly placed by the agents who do not have any idea about the company itself. In fact, the company does not have a single name (according to the owner, they operate under two or three names.) The owner name is Fawas, a guy from India, (it seems he has partners also).

In case, if anyone is offering you accomodation , ask for the owner name and if it happend to be Fawas, please dont consider it. They simply cheat people promising a good accomodation. The agreement they provide is also invalid as they mostly rent partition houses.
