Housemaid convicted of mutilating sponsor
Dubai: A housemaid was sentenced to one year in prison for leaving her Emirati sponsor with a permanent sexual disability on the grounds that he molested her and forced her to engage in oral sex.
The Dubai Court of First Instance ordered the Bangladeshi housemaid J.N. (26) to serve a one-year term after she was convicted of assaulting her Emirati sponsor M.M. (77) and inflicting 40 per cent permanent disability in terms of the latter's sexual functions.
The defendant pleaded guilty to severing her sponsor's penis but said the attack was an attempt to protect her "honour and femininity" in the face of his sexual advances.
Prosecutors said J.N. grabbed a shaving razor from a nearby cupboard and slashed M.M. in the genitals when he asked her to massage him. According to the primary judgment, the accused will be deported following the completion of her jail term.

there's so many raped cases here in mid east esp even here in qatar that's unreported and sometimes the victims will be blamed for being raped by their sadistic, devil oppressor..
randomguy, its unfortunate that many old people in this part of the world have not been able to shift their paradigm on slavery. they still somehow feel, having a domestic assistance is no different than having a concubine or a female slave.
what's required are strict laws and their implementation against abuse of domestic helpers, but again, the sharia law is not one of the best to deal with such crimes for obvious reasons. so, its a vicious circle.
..and to imagine that they are going to jail the maid for one year for just trying to protect herself.
Doha Knight it's not just about actual intercourse.. The feeling of being in control & power is a big turn on for many which they get while torturing these maids..

Good lesson for others who are using the maids for sex. The rape story seems to be a cover up to protect herself from severe punishment. He might have used her for oral sex and massages which she refused. He might have threatened her of kicking her out and she was forced to chop his genital
That is good move!!! Female should know how to depend their selves from this unhuman habit of this people.I can't understand why theres a lot of people specially in middle east can afford to do this unhuman thing to their maids. most of them treated their maids as sex material. I heard a lot of news not even publish here or in any newspaper (maid escaped from maniac sponsor etc.....)Respective embassies should make a provision to protect their country fellowmen from this abuses.

Maybe she chopped off only 40% of his todger.
Supposing it was 10 inches before the attack. 6 inches todger still remain! Hence Judge's ruling of 40% disability.
All very strange . She says that she was raped twice yet the police found no evidence. He had his todger chopped off and the judge says that it decreases his sexual prowess by 40%.
The bottom line is that he must have been in close proximity if she used a razor on him :0(
She made it, all womens must need to know how do they can make a permanant disabilty to a male genital. This can apply to those who comes with have forced sexual intercourse.
Thats a good lesson... Ask me, she did the right thing....
