I is Coming. I think it is the Falcon Building in the Cultural Village. Tenders are out and closing on 22 June I think

The comment to this pic was that it is in planing ant it will be a culture or congress center.Somenthing like that.Brandnew in Doha.So not realized yet?
I never remember exactly like this ... but the little building in the background is very similar with the muslim museum that should be open soon in the corniche. No idea about the dome though.
