Skype Problems

Hey guys,

Anyone else having problems using Skype-in and Skype-out? Skype to Skype works perfectly fine for me. In fact, my Internet is actually running very fast these days. But my Skype-in and out are atrocious.

I would expect declined quality for telephone calls made through Skype, but not this much. Is Qtel to blame? Or is it Skype?

Sometimes I notice a degradation of the service, but it is intermittent. A couple of days ago the outgoing was terrible, but it's better now.

Connection quality is to blame. Qtel's 512 is not really 512, it is more close to 128 back home. I am using Skype in and Skype out both with computer and with embedded Skype cordless phone, no problems at all.
