pm as far as I am aware.. one would have to prove they were "truly" a muslim in the first place.

they must meet the conditions of the shahada.. However, if a sheikh talks to them and realizes that they never actually truly believed or had knowledge about what they were saying then

they were not muslim in the first place! Just searching for the path.

However the laws of apostacy are for those who believe that islam is the truth and understand what islam is about and still choose to apostacize.

I believe the wisdom behind this is that if their heart is sincere then the sheikh can give them the knowledge that they lack and turns them away from Islam. ~As most people turn away due to lack of knowledge and understanding.

And the worst sinner is the Atheist! And he is a one of the main reasons for hell to exist according to the Quran!

Having said that this is only when a khalifa exists and people upon righteousness. And this is not something we are witness of today and, as a result, not applicable in our countries. Allahu Alim the situation in Saudi though. Allahu Alim

correct me if im wrong but i think he/she can still convert to his/her original religion .. take the case of Ruffa Gutierrez (Ms. World Second Princess), she was married to Yilmas bektas who was a muslim and follows islam since then, unfortunately since marriage didnt work out, she came back to the Philippines, been baptized (again)...

yes, there is  a divorce... good luck to you!!

Life's like that but still can't give it up

if you change your religion only in order to marry, you are not truly converted.

I Can't comprehend this...

What is the need of changing one's religion just for a marriage.

Each one can continue with what they are now..

1- Does the man(a converted Muslim) can convert again to his original religion?

-->In Islam NO!....but, still this is between him and his God.

2- Or if not can they have divorce and both can remarry?

-->Yes! they can, because there is divorce in Islam but that is the least thing that has been made halal by Allah for Muslim.

-->And if they are already divorced, for sure they can legally remarry.
