Pls. don't think too much. I will get N times if I want it. I just want to find an native English speaking guy. I never lose Chinese lady's face. of course I have found some who do something as you say. I can give you an example, my collegemate working in same company witn me in Doha. We have broken our friendship because she companies an old Denish mamager. Anyway, as my chinese friends say to me WE SHOULD RESPECT THEM AS MAYBE SOME OF THEM WANT TO LIVE A BEETER LIFE ESPECIALLY LIVING OUTSIDE OF CHINA.

I am so happy because foriegn companies have looked up Chinese engineers after we work in Doha. So in my opinion I have never lost a Chinese lady's face at the level of my character.There are some good or some bad. It is not strange!
