Q'Tel no accountability
Can anyone out there tell me how I can get some action and resolution to QTEL complaints?
I have called 111 so many times that if it was itemised on my bill it would appear more often than any other number.
NO ONE does ANYTHING- sure they make the right noises- sorry sir, leave it with me sir and so on BUT NOTHING HAPPENS!!
Then to compund the frustration, they close the call with
"thank you for choosing Qtel"!
It is a monopoly for landlines and internet. If I had a choice- I would be using someone, anyone, other than QTEL.
I need a senior manager who can help but cannot get past the call centre staff........

Mr. Send Email to ICT about your Issue for Sure Qtel will start calling you and will keep ask to cancel the Complain.
i did Once and all the Qtel was calling me for Sorry.
