QR.1 mn in Safari MaLL !
A driver from Nepal at a Doha construction firm, identified as Jay Mangal (coupon no. 01191845), has won the bumper prize of QR1mn in the draw conducted by Safari Group of Companies at their newly built Safari Mall in Abu Hamour yesterday.
The first ever draw in any Qatar retail outlet offering QR1mn for the winner in the top prize was watched by a big gathering at the mall, built less than six months ago.
The second prize of a Toyota Prado also went to a Nepalese expatriate, Nar Bahadur Basnet (coupon no.0126672).
Indian housewife Benedicta Jathan (coupon no.02125834) bagged the third prize of a Toyota Camry.
Besides officials from the Ministry of Economy, the draw was held in the presence of Safari Group top executives, including managing director Aboobacker Madappat, general manager Zainul Abideen, AGM and finance controller Surendranath, group chief co-ordinator Shaheen Backer, operations manager Shahid Khan, hypermarket manager Ramesh and senior purchase manager B M Kasim.
The fourth prize of gift coupons worth QR500 was given to 20 persons and 100 people received gift coupons worth QR200.
