Private Vehicle Emergency

Hi guys! Last evening, sometime past 7PM at Sports R/A, I saw a white Camry honking incessantly and making its way through the traffic as if it was an Ambulance. He put his hazard lights on and honked to find his way and even grazed through a number of cars crazily. I guess he even made his way through the red signal at the R/A. Looks like he was on some sort of Emergency. Did any of you happen to witness this?

also could be his wife was expecting at that time because that route takes to HMC also

may be he was in an emergency ...one can put the hazard light on & drive in case of an emergency
