NOC Elegibility
1. When you leave the present company, do you eligible of getting NOC if you had previously given NOC from previous company and join with present company by qatar labour law ??
2. Being a professional by Visa( Engineer/Doctor Etc)do you have an elegibility to get an NOC from present company or not required NOC for such specific professionals????????????.

why would it matter if you gave NOC from previous company. that was to join this company, isnt it ???
You can be a driver, cleaner, engineer, doctor, manager, ceo etc but you need an NOC.
1. still the current employer's prerogative to give you an NOC regardless having an NOC from your previous employer..
2. NOC is a must regardless your position and still discretion from your employer...
No one is eligble for an NOC based on anything. It is purely at the discretion of the employer, so it's always best to part on good terms!
