New policy for old cars??

I have come to know that soon will be implemented a new policy for the old cars in Qatar, and putting a limit of years on it. Dose any one is aware of it, I want to know how old a car can be kept.
’cause I decided to buy a second hand car.

I'm not sure, but I think one of two of the people most likely to know about this are on holiday at present.

Or you could maybe ask in the Qatar Auto Group? That's probably where you will find the 'enthusiasts' who may know the answer.

Click on Qatar Groups at the top of the page and you will find that Group listed (I can't remember exactly what they call themselves).
