dada88 most of the keyboards on Mac sold in Doha are bilingual ( Arabic & English.) There is very little chance of finding an English only Keyboard. They charge you extra for an English only keyboard. The Mac prices are almost as that in the UK, maybe about 10% to 15% more.
Thank you so much for the reply, I was thinking should I get it in either London or Doha,
that's why I wanna compare the prices between these two places, because in London I can ask my friend to get the high education price, but some of my friends whom remind me that travel with a imac 20" could be dangerous... if the normal price in Doha is similar to London I think I will get one in Doha, and avoid the risks of travel with a 20" machine, well~ I got confused now.
according to the sales person there they have both , so take yr pick. according to DS it is more expensive than it is in malaysia where he bought his Macbook and one for DH too(sorry dont remember the price)

I'm going to Doha for work soon, and I'm planning to get a new iMac there, can someone tells me that is the keyboard English or Arabic? or both?
and I saw Haddoc's message said: The prices are cheaper than all other places where Apple products are sold. does it compare to the places within Qatar or all of the world? I'd like to know how much is the new iMac 20" 2.66GHz Intel Core 2 Duo in iSpot.
its pretty small and yes, people working there are very accomodating, in fact, I asked for one question and she answered three with detailed explanation :)
Well, I've been there, and the people are very accommodating, in contrast to what some have said. Yes, it is simple like the Mac is - no need for very fancy nonsense, whatsoever. I just love this iSpot, and I will definitely be getting my 3rd Mac there!
Had a 'not so good' experience there. Having already done the homework on Macbooks and deciding to buy one, I went to iSpot. There was just one saleslady there and its impossible for her to cater to more than one customer. Forget the idea of getting any helpful information from them, just look up the stuff you need to buy on the net and get it there.
The prices are cheaper than all other places where Apple products are sold and you probably get the latest batch produced( I got the 2008 Macbook). It does not come anywhere close to those Appleshops you find in US.
They are also planning to have a Mac expert there fulltime to help customers get used to Apple stuff.
