Mr. Storm is back and Mullah KnoxCollege got a severe beating from the husband of an english maiden who considered it awfully rude Mullah shouting his wife's name outside their home.

I guess after being for so long in Qatar Mr. Storm probably wanted to get out and have some good time with his fellow mates, and probably have a glass or two.

Mr. Storm instead of coming back home after having a drink at the bar went to his companion's home as due to the new traffic rule he cannot drive while being intoxicated. But the good thing is he and his companion had a wonderful time. Though he ended up getting some bruises as things got quite rough at the home of his companion.

Wonder what kinda charges Mr. Storm has to face for absconding from his employers and for having extra-marital sex.

Please ....enough with the dog watching/snatching comments....this has all been thought about before!

People should not start to worry about their own dogs.

Storm is perceived as a fighting breed, as such grave concern surrounds what could become of him!

We just need to focus now on finding him.

just to give you an update. we've had many calls offering support, advice and one or two potential sightings. its seems that Storm has been taken in a 4x4 from al sulaiti 2 compound in mamoura - we can ony guess what will happen next. Storms loss has been featured on the front of the peninsula newspaper, is on many posters around doha, and on numerous sites across the internet. there have been callers ringing to say that they are going out looking for him. and hardly any mention of the reward offered. it is heartening to see the support out there. we are just hoping and waiting for the a call that leads to his return. to all our friends - keep the profile high - and THANK YOU!

My daughter told me of a rumor going around ASD that a woman was walking her dog outside of her compound when a car pulled up and a couple of men tried to take the dog from her by grabbing on to the leash but the dog thwarted their efforts by barking and growling. Again - I point out this is only rumor but still alarming as I am the owner of a very sweet maltese mix who has a habit a sneaking out of the villa around our legs as we go through the door. It would absolutely break my heart if we lost him and to think that he was in the hands of someone who meant him harm would be truly devasting. As with most pets who are loved by their families, my little guy thinks everyone is his friend and would go to anyone who paid him any attention.

Dave - my heart goes out to you and I sincerely hope you find Storm. You have been in my thoughts and prayers.

Mullah KnoxCollege wants to find Mr. Storm and get Q.R. 30000. Mullah never seen Q.R. 30000.

Mullah KC thinks of a plan to go to each and every house in Doha and probably mesaieed as well and yell and scream Storm Storm. Hopefully if Mr. Storm not gagged Mr. Storm will woof woof and Mullah will make Q.R. 30000 and get a new wife and have fun.

Just Pray when Mullah Shouts Mr. Storm Mr. Storm" no english maiden's husband comes and beats the crap outta Mullah for shouting his wife's name. Anyways Mullah KC has lot of practice making his voice heard as KC is a Mullah

So Mullah packing his bags and going in search of Mr. Storm. Wish Mullah Luck, God help Mullah as Mullah very God abiding citizen.

Great to see so much input on this thread....it all helps to keep this issue fresh in our minds and on the front page.

Qatari - is there anyway we can get it on the front page for a couple of days?

Dave - lots of suggestions here, the best one is the Arabic press, the expat community is now aware of Storm's situation but the Arabic community may not be. We have asked friends to spread the word but a photo and piece in the Arabic press could help.

Can anyone offer assistance here???? Just a few words respectfully asking for assistance in locating Storm would be good.

I read about your post yesterday and believe me,I was very concerned. My eyes were searching for Storm while I was on my way back home after work. I just prayed that I see him somewhere and call you. I have stored your number too. I have Robo who is part of my family and I can imagine what you and your dear ones would be going through now. What scares me the most is the post from Mercia above. If it's true,I wonder what it means. Is it possible for you to contact the cops regarding this. Given the culture of this place,I know,it would be very difficult for you to convince them that you are in need of help, but then I think you should try out that option.

Meanwhile,I will pray for Storm's early and safe return.

Xena said "I don't appreciate you bringing African and Indian poor people into a conversation that has nothing to do with famine and hunger... like I say... people make their own misery... if they stopped breeding out of control they would stop their misery...."

You are suggesting that Indians and Africans are 'breeding out of control' and making their own misery?

So you are suggesting that poor people should not 'breed'?

some people here do not care for the comments made by you. I for one would rather spend the money on a lost animal than on some people I know....

People make their own misery, and an animal can only look to us for its health and wellbeing...

I don't appreciate you bringing African and Indian poor people into a conversation that has nothing to do with famine and hunger... like I say... people make their own misery... if they stopped breeding out of control they would stop their misery....

Some of us prefer to have animal friends than humans in their lives as animals are more loyal than any person could ever be.

Dave wants Storm back, and we are doing everything we can to try and help him....

We don't need your negative input. Now please stay away from this threat before you take it into a mud slinging....

Thank you for the constructive comments and help. On the issue about creating a problem for owners in the future I accept the point. Maybe we will all have to be more vigilant. If the dog is to be used for fighting..and it is looking that he might..the the reward has to be high enough to encourage his return. I am going to increase the reward substantially from QR14,000. Thanks again.

If you lose something dear to you, it doesn't matter what it is, you just get desperate and want to do all that you can to get it returned.

It is a sad fact that people are more likely to help for the money, that's human nature, we can't change that.........

Getting into salaries, religion, insults and so on it just not necessary. We are all aware of the tradegies around the world, the people that need assistance, the difference money can make and we all do our bit to help in any way that we can. This has no bearing on this situation, the reward offered for Storm will not detract from anything else.

Discussing the reward offered rather than the fact that the dog is missing makes me sad!!!!

"lima mybe in yr UK calcher iz normal 4 ppl not sho respec 2 ppl of oder calcher but here we r use 2 respec ol da ppl.

This has NOTHING to do with people not respecting another persons culture. Please do not get into that argument. What I was saying it may be different in your culture to respect animals the way other cultures do and I respect that.I am sorry if the original wording was not made more clear.

As I said before and I will only say it once more, was show some RESPECT to the PERSON who has lost his family dog. Making fun of a person who cares very much for their animal is not very nice thing to do.

Dave, please do let us know if you find Storm. Hope you find him very soon.

we have 2 cats, and are part of our family.

When I said "show some respect" I was talking about showing respect for the person who has lost his pet. It may be different from your culture but it costs nothing to show a person some respect, no matter where they come from.

I'm probably being inconsiderate considering someone has just lost their family pet, but I think it's really foolish offering this much money for a reward. Much of the population of Qatar earn less than this in a year.

If this becomes the norm, it might well start a trade in robbing people's pets.

this person has lost a dog they love very much and is part of their family, that is why they have put up this reward. I do a

appreciate that you was only joking BUT it was not funny. As I said in my previous comment, you should shown some respect.
