al salam alekom
I read the complain from customer they visit kia showroom and they said no body from sales take care for thim,and the write money word bad about thim,
I thing all this incorrect,I deal with kia since 2005 and now all sales there they are gentel and very smiling and take care for all and they are fantastic sales,I thing the problem by the customers who complain and i thing they dont visit any show room before.
I hope the sales manager i thing he is new dont listen to these people.

I think the issue was with the communication part ahmed2006.. appoint people who can converse in English, it will improve!!

He works for a KIA showroom, that's why it's his 'thing'.

Each person may have a unique experience when they enter a showroom.

I had a nice experience in Dodge / Jeep showroom in Airport Road. They were very entertaining and accommodating to my inquiries.
